Current 2019 Dues are $2520.00 per year, payable monthly at $210.00.

We have sent the new coupon books for 2020 to the last known address that we have on file for all owners.  If you did not get this coupon book, please write your unit number and address (985 or 950 E. Mingus) on your check and call 928-300-2127 to have another book issued to you.

All Dues are due on the 1st day of each month and are delinquent on the 15th day of that month.  Delinquent dues will be assessed a $15.00 late fee per month until the entire balance owed is paid in full.  Delinquent dues cause the loss of voting rights on the property.

Two months delinquent dues will have the effect of eliminating the use of all pool/spa/health club facilities until all dues are paid in full again.

The Association will have a LIEN on your property for all unpaid dues, assessments and late fees.
